Introduction to Word Processing

  • Enter, edit and format text

  • Spell check, proof-read and correct documents

Introduction to Data Entry

  • Input alpha, numeric and special characters from the keyboard

  • Input data at 15 words per minute

Introduction to Internet & E-mail

  • Log onto the internet and use a search engine

  • Send/receive email

  • Print emails and Web pages

Introduction to File Management

  • Identify the number of files in a directory/folder

  • File size, date and time of last modification
