Introduction to Word Processing
- Enter, edit and format text
- Spell check, proof-read and correct documents
Introduction to Data Entry
- Input alpha, numeric and special characters from the keyboard
- Input data at 15 words per minute
Introduction to Internet & E-mail
- Log onto the internet and use a search engine
- Send/receive email
- Print emails and Web pages
Introduction to File Management
- Identify the number of files in a directory/folder
- File size, date and time of last modification
